Community Acupuncture

Affordable acupuncture offered in a peaceful shared setting using comfortable zero-gravity recliners. Treatments use accessible acupuncture points while you remain fully clothed.

Great for: stress, pain, headaches, sleep, seasonal wellness, immune support, relaxation, and acupuncture maintenance.

Community acupuncture is offered during scheduled events.

A private, individualized Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment based on your symptoms, health history, tongue and pulse presentation, and personal goals.

Your treatment may incorporate acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, TDP heat therapy, ear seeds, lifestyle guidance, nutritional therapy, or other TCM techniques when appropriate.

Great for: chronic and acute pain, stress, sleep, headaches, women's health, digestive concerns, muscle tension, nervous-system regulation, and overall wellness.

Acussage

Acupuncture + Massage

The best of both treatments in one session. Acussage combines individualized acupuncture with therapeutic massage to address both the energetic and musculoskeletal aspects of your concerns.

Rather than choosing between acupuncture and bodywork, your treatment is thoughtfully integrated so each therapy complements the other.

Massage sessions are customized rather than limited to one technique. Depending on your needs and preferences, your treatment may incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, connective tissue work, Tui Na, Thai-inspired techniques, stretching, trigger-point work, or cupping.

Beginning September 1, massage sessions also include an optional 5-Point Acupuncture Introduction—a simple way to experience acupuncture alongside your massage without booking a full acupuncture treatment.

A comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation focused on understanding your individual patterns through your symptoms, lifestyle, digestion, sleep, menstrual health when applicable, nutrition, and other aspects of your overall wellness.

Recommendations may include Chinese herbal medicine, food therapy, therapeutic teas, Eastern nutrition, lifestyle practices, and other TCM-based wellness strategies within scope of practice.
